The House

I have been a landlord for my parents house for a few years now.  The house is dated and needs lots of TLC.  I plan on doing most the work myself (with the help of my girlfriend Lacey and friends & family).  There will be a few MAJOR projects, including renovating the bathroom, renovating the kitchen, an overhaul on the basement, adding a master bedroom closet and little odds & ends throughout the house to update it.  Lacey & I plan to move into the house late winter / early spring of 2011.
